Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in any amount. Currently, Gift Certificates can only be purchased by calling Customer Care at 1800-246-195.

Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise at NBwebexpress.com.au only. Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. If the purchase total exceeds the Gift Certificate amount, the difference can be easily paid using a credit card.

Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates should be treated like cash. They will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase.

Fraud
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review Gift Certificates and orders for suspected fraud, certificates mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or other violations of Gift Certificate policies.

Expiration
Gift Certificates are void after one year from date of purchase.
